Brooklawn Middle School
Counseling Department

Brooklawn's counselors work closely with students, teachers, and parents to help each student reach his/her maximum level of performance. The counselors see students individually and in groups, attend team meetings with teachers, and assist with parent conferences. The counseling office is the focal point of our school.

Schools are places that help students make sense of the world around them. Talking to students about issues like racism and protest can be difficult even in the best of times when we are actually with our students and not just looking at them through screens. Nonetheless, these are important conversations and important times. Should you wish, here are a few resources to assist in speaking with your children about these issues.
